Whether it's a simple upgrade or the implementation of a complete system, our specialists will give you the required training that will enable you to use the full potential of your tools. We offer custom training for each new system while adhering to industry standards. Following which you can always reach us by telephone, modem or the Internet.

Our specialists are always available to offer you complementary virtual training. There is no need for you to leave the premises since the training session occurs directly on your computer screen. While our specialist is giving explanations over the telephone, he also takes charge of the monitor and guides you step by step.

To assure superior quality service, Dijitec regularly organizes group training sessions. These allow us to inform you of changes and/or enhancements brought to our products.

We can further help you use your manpower training tax credits. We have been issued the certifications enabling us to validate your investments at both government levels.

Are you starting a new business or do you wish to change an obsolete system? Dijitec proposes short-term and long-term lease plans with option to purchase. Whether it's for an ordinary cash register or a full point-of-sale system, we have the options you need.

Also, if your business expands, your system can follow the same growth rate. It is much easier to modify or increase the performance of your point-of-sale system if you lease the equipment. The return on investment will reimburse the costs related to leasing. Furthermore, leasing does not require complicated accounting depreciation forms.

 

Maintenance and repair

All our equipment is known for its sturdiness and reliability. Should a problem arise, our technical team is available for emergencies 365 days a year, 24 hours per day - including holidays. We always have a technician on duty to assist you by telephone or on your premises if necessary.

We repair in our workshop the equipment that we sell and install. Our team of expert technicians will gladly repair your equipment in the shortest possible time. We are aware that your business depends on that equipment. That is why we offer an equipment lease/loan service if we cannot repair it on your site. All equipment requiring servicing is evaluated beforehand so as to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Our maintenance contracts allow you to keep your operation in line with your operating cost budget on an annual or monthly basis. We include in most of our contracts a semi-annual preventive maintenance clause. That is how we prevent unpleasant surprises at the wrong moment.
