HISTORY
Our beginnings
Established in 1982, DIJITEC initially
specialized in the area of cash
registers and electronic
(digital) scales. Our company chose from the start
to focus its activities on innovation and high technology
in order to better meet client needs.
In 1994, in order keep its clientele up to date with
the latest technological advances, the company diversified
its activities and innovated in the restaurant sector.
DIJITEC then implemented a complete
range of high-tech products making it possible for bars
and restaurants to computerize their operations,
thereby increasing their efficiency and profitability,
with technologies such as drinks control, with bar
control system, management
software, pagers,
etc.
Ongoing development
In 1996, benefiting from its phenomenal growth, the
company started distributing new technologies such as
bar code scanners.
DIJITEC thus consolidated its position
in retail business.
While expanding its territory, DIJITEC
continues to develop new complementary management
products. In 2000 the company added to its assortment
of high-tech products: ATM

cameras and internal
communications systems.
Today
Nowadays DIJITEC is the most important
company in point-of-sale and management solutions in
the Eastern Townships, the Mauricie and Centre-du-Québec
regions of the Province of Quebec.
